My greetings to all on behalf of SANGRAM. 41 years have already been passed in the path of development. SANGRAM activities are progressing with the collective commitment, dedication and efforts of everyone. The Annual Report 2025 is a compilation of the activities and achievements of the past fiscal year. Since its establishment, SANGRAM has been continuously working for human development and poverty alleviation. It has implemented various programs for the socio-economic development of the underprivileged and backward communities. The organization has implemented 107 programs/projects in its 41-year journey. We believe that this has resulted in a positive change in the quality of life of about 1.5 million people. An important program of the organization is to provide loan assistance to families trapped in the economic vicious circle to get them out of the trap of problems. In this regard, SANGRAM has so far disbursed loans worth Tk 22,48,05,53,414.00. Through this program, it has played an important role in expanding domestic small enterprises. SANGRAM is now one of the largest development organizations in Barisal division in its journey of development. It can be said that the successful implementation of various projects of the organization, objective work methods, employment-oriented financial services are playing a role in the overall development of the partners. I hope that SANGRAM will move towards progressively in the years to come. The progress of the activities implemented by SANGRAM in 2025, copies of the audit report and relevant pictures have been included in the annual report. I hope that the annual report will provide enough information to know and understand the organization. With the cooperation of all relevant stakeholders, SANGRAM has able to reach its current position. I am grateful to those in the SANGRAM family who have been supporting us all the time. I have unwavering love and affection for them. I extend my greetings and congratulations to the stakeholders, friends-organizations and well-wishers. I sincerely thank those who were involved in the preparation of the report.
